The Botanical Gardens Welcomes Spring In a Huge Way!
Buffalo, NY - The Botanical Gardens welcomes spring in a huge way every year and 2016 is no exception. The kick-off party, Taste of Paradise, will be held on March 18 from 6pm-9pm. Taste of Paradise officially opens the Spring Flower Exhibit that will be held March 19 through April 10 daily from 10am-5pm. This exhibit will also include a NEW 4-H Farm, held daily from 10am-4pm, special appearances from the Easter Bunny on March 25 and 26 from 10am-5pm and a special exhibit in the Arcangel Gallery from the South Towns Camera Club from March 18 through May 15....
Orchid “Take Over” Comes to a Close at the Botanical Gardens on March 5
Buffalo, NY - The Botanical Gardens will be bursting with Orchids this winter season. The Orchids 2016 exhibit will run through February 28, the bi-annual Orchid Show will take place February 27-28, a Medicinal Garden Feature will highlight National Heart Month on February 27, and an Orchid Sale will be held on March 5. Orchids 2016, celebrates the amazing orchid. This exhibit takes place daily through February 28 from 10am-5pm. Horticulture, Art and History at the Botanical Gardens
Buffalo, NY – The Botanical Gardens is an inspiring place to learn about horticulture, art and history. Intermediate and Beginner Watercolor and Drawing classes will be offered in several different sessions beginning February 22 and a certificate series, Horticulture III will begin February 20. Kids Day on February 16 from 10am-4pm offers kids and families a chance to partake in fun activities throughout the Botanical Gardens during the day and Lumagination is a great winter escape running Wednesday through Saturday evenings through February 20.
