Simple Ceremony
Monday-Thursdays only.  Best suited for up to 20 guests for one hour for a very simple ceremony.  This package does not include any setup, chairs for guests or a rehearsal.

*General rates apply to dates there are no flowers shows at the Gardens.  Show rates apply to dates that there are flower shows or special exhibits at the Gardens. If you book your wedding during a flower show, you are able to enjoy the beautiful backdrop of that show!

Ceremony Packages I, II & III include:

- One of the following available times:
    Friday - 1:00-3:00pm
    Saturday - 1:00-3:00pm
    Sunday - 12:30-2:30pm
    Sunday - 3:00-5:00pm
- Botanical Gardens Wedding Coordinator Services
- A scheduled rehearsal
- Time for photos inside and outside the Gardens after the ceremony
- Ceremony setup and breakdown
- Guest admission to the Gardens

If you choose an outside ceremony, we will still reserve a room for you inside in case of inclement weather.  There is no additional fee for this. A rehearsal will be planned for indoor and outdoor locations. The ceremony location decision will be made by the Gardens Wedding Coordinator the day of the ceremony depending on the weather.

Give your guests some additional space and more gardens to tour.  Use of our patio and outdoor perennial gardens are perfect for cocktail hour and/or dancing and music at the end of the night.  Under the afternoon sun or a blanket of stars, the outside areas offer your guests an extension of space at no additional cost to you!  If the weather is bad, move it inside, nothing lost!

For both Stations Style and Cocktail Style receptions - minimal formal seating is required (rule of thumb half to a third of your guest list). These particular styles of receptions are meant to be slightly more informal as they encourage people to mingle more and move about our facility exploring the beauty of nature indoors while enjoying delicious food and beverage. It also allows us to accommodate more guests.
