The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens announced they will hold an entertaining and lively event, Botanics and Brews, on July 19 from 6:00-9:00pm. This event will be held under a tent on the Botanical Gardens’ front lawn and will include craft beer tastings from Try-it Distributing, delicious tidbits from Oliver’s Catering, live music from JJ Swing, a basket raffle and tours of the Botanical Gardens.
Try-it Distributing will offer a wide variety of craft beers to taste at Botanics and Brews. As one of New York’s leading beverage distributors, Try-It is proud to be a respected employer, family-owned local business and good corporate citizen. They locally distribute the beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages New Yorker’s want to drink.
While enjoying some refreshing craft beers, attendees can enjoy delicious tidbits from Oliver’s Catering. A landmark in the Western New York area for over 80 years, Oliver’s Restaurant is keen on giving customers the absolute best dining experience bar none and their catering service is no different. The Botanical Gardens is very happy to have another iconic organization participating in this fun summer event.
Along with the tasty food and refreshing craft beers, attendees will be treated to live music from JJ Swing. JJ Swing is a local band who has gained quite the following in Western New York. The band mainly plays swing music which is a form of popular music developed in the United States that dominated in the 1930s and 1940s. It is a type of music that will make anyone want to dance, and JJ Swing is super groovy.
Tickets include some rocking live music, great craft beers, delicious food an incredible raffle and tours of the Botanical Gardens. Tickets are $35 each for the general public, $30 each for Botanical Gardens’ members and all tickets are $40 after July 9.
