Session I - March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5
Session II - May 12, 19, June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21
Session III - July 28, August 4, 11,18, 25, September 1, 15, 22, 29, October 6
$100 per 10 week session or $15 per class
Find balance both mentally and physically during yoga held inside the Botanical Gardens. These sessions are led by Leanne Oldenbrook, owner of Oasis Yoga and Wellness and yoga instructor of 14 years.
Gentle Hatha Yoga - 5:30-6:45pm
Gentle stretches to warm up joints and muscles, postures designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance, and time for relaxation and meditation. Suitable for all but especially students with injuries or limitations.
Gentle Power Flow Yoga/Pilates - 7:00-8:15pm
More vigorous featuring relaxation, warm up stretches, series of sequences including sun salutation, moon salutation and warrior and triangle and Pilates postures designed to build strength, endurance, and body heat.
Students may enroll in a full session or individual classes.
The ten-week sessions are $100 for a full series or $15 per class.
Yoga classes are FREE to eligible BlueCross BlueShield of WNY members. In order to utilize the BlueCross BlueShield of WNY benefit, please call the member services number on the back of your card and ask if you have the community wellness benefit for yoga.
