Discover the beauty and flow of watercolor in this workshop where you’ll learn how to use masking fluid to create crisp highlights and striking contrast. Inspired by the graceful movement and symbolism of koi fish, this hands-on class guides you step by step through the process of planning a composition, applying masking fluid to preserve whites and fine details, and layering vibrant watercolor washes to bring your painting to life.

This class is best suited for students with a general knowledge of watercolor techniques such as wet on wet, wet on dry, lifting, and how to execute a flat wash.
