Program Add-Ons

Add on an educational component to your private rental, luncheon or dinner! Please contact the Events Department at (716)-827-1584 ext. 219 or ext. 220 or for more details. We require that groups reserve an add-on with us at least three weeks in advance of the desired event date. A final count is required one week before the program date.

Themed Tours
Enjoy a guided experience led by one of our docents as you tour our many greenhouses of botanical beauty. To add on to an event at the Botanical Gardens, our current rate is $50.00 additional for a 30 minute mini-tour, and $75.00 additional for a 1 hour themed guided tour.

Lectures and Presentations
Looking for a speaker to add to your private or corporate event? Choose from a variety of interesting and engaging subjects. To add on to your event, our current rate is $50.00 for a 45 minute-1 hour program. Topics include:

Private Make-it Take-it Workshops
Book a private workshop and mini-tour at the Botanical Gardens for your next club outing, group get-together, or corporate event. Programs last about two hours. If booking a workshop event after hours, space rental fees apply. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, and will be applied to the total cost of your program. There is a 10% discount for groups of 10 or more with pre-payment at least two weeks in advance of the program.
