Explore how nature inspires art! In this art-focused fieldtrip, students in grades three through eight will learn all about how patterns, shapes, and colors found in nature often influence the design and composition of visual artworks. Utilizing our living collections as inspiration, students will create unique monoprints using the gel-plate method and a wide array of textured supplies. No previous art-making experience is required. Admission to the Botanical Gardens is included. This program is perfect for schools, camps, and participants that are excited to create!
