Explore all the different ways that the Buffalo and Erie Country Botanical Gardens addresses sustainability through our building and mission! On this investigative field trip for high school, students will learn about the importance of plants in our ecosystem and how to support a more sustainable future with our environment. Students will learn about the engineering and architectural design choices used in creating our newly expanded campus, as well as the historic conservatory, and apply that knowledge to sustainability problem solving in our Learning Lab! Admission to the Botanical Gardens is included along with a self-guided field guide and time to explore the Conservatory.
