Take a break from the cold and step into the warm embrace of our conservatory for the Botanical Gardens' annual Poinsettia Exhibit! Allow the wonderfully vibrant colors of the holidays to fill your heart with joy. Relax as you explore our carefully curated collection of pretty poinsettias.

Featuring thousands of brilliant poinsettias, from Christmas Joy Reds to Princettia Pure Whites, the colors of the season are sure to brighten your mood. Enjoy a plethora of holiday events throughout the season, including our Conifer Wreath Workshop and Winter Floral Arrangement Make-It, Take-It.

Our conservatory seems bigger than ever thanks to hundreds of reflective surfaces and mirrors, arranged to showcase never before seen angles of our spaces. Experience this exhibit in a new light on select evenings throughout the event during Poinsettias After Dark: Dimensions. Dazzling lights bouncing off of mirrored surfaces will mesmerize you as you step into a brand new, beautiful world of flowers. 

 
 
This year the Poinsettia Exhibit will not feature a train display by the Western New York Garden Railway Society. As we reimagine our living museum, our exhibits and plan for our future expansion, we want to be able to bring a garden railway display to our visitors that is full of wonder and enhances our mission of deepening the connection between people and plants. We hope to bring this popular display back in future years in a new and exciting way.
This year's Poinsettia Exhibit will feature a brand-new installation called Dimensions. These displays feature large reflective orbs and mirrors and explore how reflections of our own world can cause us to view familiar objects and shapes in entirely new ways. We hope the experience of stepping into a conservatory full of new dimensions is as exhilarating to our visitors as it is for our team.

Don’t forget to bring toys for kids in need! This year the Botanical Gardens is a designated Toys for Tots drop-off location! 

E-Tickets - E-TICKETS are recommended for all visitors. Walk-ins may be turned away if our visitor capacity has been met. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your arrival time. Most visitors spend 45 minutes-1.5 hours to complete their visit, but you are welcome to stay until we close to the public at 4pm.
