As of January 1, 2024, guest passes are attached to your membership record. These passes are added automatically when you purchase your membership, and expire the same day as your membership. To redeem a guest pass, present your membership card at admissions and let our staff know that you would like to use one of your guest passes.

Any paper guest passes you have will remain valid and be accepted until their listed expiration date. If you want to share your guest passes with someone else, please share your membership ID number (located on your membership card) with them. This allows our staff to verify which account to redeem the passes from without you present. If you need to know how many guest passes you have remaining, please ask at our front desk.

If you are a member of any of the organizations below, your membership to the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens is discounted. It works the other way, too! If you are a member of the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, your membership to any of our partner organizations below is discounted at the amount shown. Show proof of valid membership to receive the discount. Discounts can only be applied in person or over the phone.

The Botanical Gardens offers discounted group memberships for human services agencies, nursing homes, group homes and senior homes that include a number of guest passes. After passes are utilized, each additional visitor will be extended a $5 admission rate. The agency card must be presented to utilize this special pricing and required personal care attendants are always admitted free.
