Arcangel Gallery

About

The Arcangel Gallery aspires to exhibit and uplift a diverse selection of artwork and artists that reflect the Botanical Gardens’ core values, inspiration of nature, and a passion for plants, people, places, and our planet. The Gallery is open to the public daily during regular business hours and is accessible to all guests during after-hours events. The Gallery is home to a variety of artists, near and far, specializing in a wide range of media.

The Arcangel Gallery is dedicated to Brent D. Arcangel by his parents Wayne D. and Corrine Arcangel

Brent D. Arcangel grew up in Western New York and was passionate about the diversity and quality of life he knew here. He believed in “giving life your very best every day” and was a beacon of light to those who knew him. After completing his undergraduate and graduate studies at University at Buffalo, his life ended tragically in a car accident caused by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel.

The Arcangel Gallery is donated by Brent’s parents, Wayne D. and Corrine Arcangel of Hamburg, NY, as a tribute to him, and to remind us all to celebrate life. The tranquil setting of the gallery provides visitors a peaceful calmness in the beauty that surrounds it.
